Mach10 Solutions in Shakopee, MN is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a full-time warehouse role. You will manage materials, verify deliveries, and prepare shipping paperwork while keeping inventory accurate and drums at peak readiness.

The position requires forklift certification, proficiency with ERP systems, and strong English communication. It offers steady weekday hours and a supportive team environment.

• Excellent organizational abilities and a solid background in inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze work tickets, pick lists, and sales orders to identify necessary materials.
• Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and readied for distribution.
• Generate essential shipping paperwork, such as commercial invoices and bills of lading.
• Select the most efficient shipping routes and methods to optimize costs and delivery.
• Verify incoming deliveries against packing slips and invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize computer systems to input and track all shipping and receiving data.
• Label, unpack, and organize incoming stock into the correct warehouse locations.
• Help maintain precise inventory levels by investigating and resolving any count discrepancies.
• Support the team by participating in material replenishment and routine inventory counts.
• Promote a secure and orderly workspace by keeping tools, equipment, and storage areas clean.
• Document the usage and maintenance history of all material-handling machinery.
• Provide support for assembly operations whenever necessary.
• Complete additional tasks as requested by management.
