American Flexible Produ is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Chaska, MN for full-time warehouse duties. The role involves receiving materials, preparing shipments, verifying paperwork, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Proficiency with ERP systems and forklift operation is expected. The candidate should have a high school diploma, 2 years shipping/receiving experience, and experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx software.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of shipping and receiving experience.
• UPS WorldShip and FedEx software experience required.
• LTL experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages.
• Verify and keep records on incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Prepares items for shipment.
• Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet quality and specifications.
• May receive damaged or defective goods returned to the company.
• Maintains accurate inventory of raw materials in stock and work in process in production.
• Entering data into an ERP system.
• Provides inventory information to production scheduler.
• Will pull material for upcoming jobs on next days work orders.
• Will investigate inventory accuracy problems.
• Forklift operation on electric forklifts.
• Comply with all safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
