Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to perform daily shipping and receiving tasks, load/unload trucks, verify shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies; forklift certification is preferred, high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Prepare outbound shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging for carrier pickup.
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and material staging for production.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding material shortages, order status, and discrepancies.
