Lake Air Products is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Vadnais Heights, MN. The role involves preparing, packing, receiving, and processing shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

You will support shipping and inventory operations, operate forklifts, complete shipping docs, and input data into the ERP system. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, 1+ year forklift experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year forklift experience in manufacturing/warehouse.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of MRP, OTR, BOL, and UPS/FEDEX systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Packs products into shipping cartons as described on orders/instruction sheets.
• Uses packaging materials to prevent damage.
• Seals and labels cartons for shipping accurately.
• Checks incoming packages for damage and counts.
• Posts weight and shipping charges.
• Receives incoming materials and prepares shipments using freight bills.
• Oversees shipping activities for accuracy and condition of shipments.
• Creates POs for outside services and coordinates with vendors.
• Performs manufacturing receipts and resolves material errors.
