Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to ensure accurate and timely movement of materials and finished goods. You will load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and prepare outbound orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, basic ERP data entry skills, and a keen eye for detail. Forklift certification is preferred, along with 1–3 years of shipping/receiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging for carrier pickup.
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and material staging for production.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding material shortages, order status, and discrepancies.

Position Summary

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and machinery
