Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and receipt of materials.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment schedules, priorities, delays, and logistics updates.
• Work directly with truck drivers and warehouse employees during loading and unloading activities.
• Label pallets and prepare shipments according to customer and carrier requirements.
• Verify shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Identify and communicate shipment discrepancies, damaged freight, incorrect materials, or documentation issues.
• Support warehouse operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
