JobSquad is seeking a Shipping Clerk for a company in the Wilmington, NC area. You will assist the Subcontract Coordinator with daily shipping duties, including receiving, unloading, and verifying shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in shipping, basic computer and Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a shipping or outsourcing environment.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unload, and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Deliver items to departments and document approvals; prepare routine reports.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, forklift; shrink wrap; log shipping records.
• Follow policies and safety standards; perform other duties as assigned.
