Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to prepare, package, and process outbound shipments and inbound materials, ensuring accurate counts and efficient warehouse operations.

The role handles scanning, weighing, labeling, and assembling shipments per company standards. You will wrap pallets, move goods to the correct dock doors, review discrepancies, and maintain 5S in a safety-conscious environment while meeting hourly productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow safety, health and environmental guidelines.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.
• Ability to read manifests, packing lists and shipping codes.
• Basic computer skills and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments via carriers and load into trailer.
• Scan products and weigh/label items.
• Assemble shipments and package boxes per standards.
• Wrap pallets and move finished goods to dock doors.
• Maintain 5S and a clean, safe work environment.
