Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Warren, Ohio. You will receive and verify shipments, unload materials, and maintain inventory in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment.

You’ll use SAP or ERP systems, operate forklifts, and coordinate outbound shipments while collaborating with internal teams. Starting hourly wage is $28.00 USD, with a comprehensive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of warehousing, logistics, inventory control, or related materials management experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and shipping platforms.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Pass post-offer pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against POs and packing slips.
• Unload, sort, and distribute materials to designated locations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and weighing equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with labeling and tracking.
• Process shipment discrepancies with vendors and carriers.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Package, stage, and process returned materials for shipment.
• Communicate shipment status and material availability with stakeholders.
• Maintain organized warehouse and inventory control procedures.
• Complete administrative tasks supporting daily operations.
