Job summary

Haliburton International Foods, Inc. is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk responsible for the physical and clerical tasks of shipments and receipts.

This role processes shipments/receipts through ERP, collaborates with purchasing, inventory control, and accounting to reconcile inventories, and coordinates daily workflow with warehouse staff to fulfill orders. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years shipping/receiving experience; prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Computer savvy with data entry; proficiency in Excel and Outlook; internet-based apps.
• Experience with Business Central is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; problem solving and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments and receipts through ERP.
• Coordinate with warehouse team and other departments to reconcile inventories and fulfill orders.
• Maintain accurate shipment/receipts records; update ERP with daily activity.
• Verify and validate documents (BOLs, PODs) and provide shipping history as needed.
• Support logistics team with clerical tasks and daily workflow.
