RR Donnelley in West Bend, WI is seeking a Packaging Specialist to support shipping and material handling within Production & Manufacturing. The role involves assisting with daily shipping activities, receiving and loading materials, and preparing orders for FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

The position requires ability to operate forklifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain accurate records. A HS diploma or GED and 2 years of shipping/manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Administrative/operational support in shipping/manufacturing operations.
• Able to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives when carrying out the duties of the job.
• General knowledge of information systems including materials tracking and inventory control systems.

Responsabilités

• Performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products shipped via freight or third party LTL carrier.
• Packing goods for shipment according to specifications and preparing bills of lading.
• Unloading trucks and maintaining records of goods received.
• Support manufacturing areas with standard procedures and maintain documentation.
