Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Specialist

Job Duties:

1. Pick materials as needed from warehouse inventory accurately and document counts legibly and accurately in a timely manner.
2. Confirm that materials have a “release tag” status, part #, lot #, and ensure no materials are expired.
3. Return unused portions to the correct locations (rack/shelves).
4. Work with customers on incoming and outgoing orders.

Ideal Candidate: 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry.

Requirements:

• Lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to read, use, and be trained to operate a scale, computer, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment.
