Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate

As a Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate, you will manage the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, organizing and accounting for products, and processing weekly pallets. You will also handle damaged or defective products returned to the Fulfillment Center and report these items to the Inventory Control Team. Additionally, providing excellent customer service is essential, including maintaining product knowledge and informing customers about product features and benefits.
