Mueller Environmental Designs, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage day-to-day shipping of manufacturing parts and equipment, ensuring paperwork is accurate and timely. You will work with the project team to meet customer logistics timelines and control shipping costs.

Responsibilities include reading engineering drawings, obtaining quotes, and preparing bills of lading and packing lists. Proficiency with forklifts and cranes is required in a fast-paced environment with a focus on

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with data entry and basic math.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate shipments.
Coordinate with project team to ship vessels/materials on time per customer logistics.
Obtain quotes from shipping vendors and prepare weights, dims, crates and pallets.
Prepare bill of lading and packing lists; align with BOM.
Stage materials for shipping and inspect loads for safe travel.
