Job summary

ITW is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Hatfield, MN. You will prepare and pack orders, verify packing slips against purchase orders, and enter receipt of incoming materials in the ERP system.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, inventory control, and timely communication with internal teams. You will also handle shipping labels, UPS and FedEx transactions, and assist with loading, unloading, and general housekeeping of the shipping area.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving and packing materials.
• High School graduate and basic math skills required.
• 1 year experience in storeroom or shipping environment preferred.
• Forklift proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack parts for domestic shipments and verify packing slips.
• Receive and enter incoming materials, and maintain inventory records.
• Process shipments in ERP and apply shipping labels for UPS/FedEx.
• Assemble, consolidate orders, and ensure accuracy of customer data and transport mode.
• Assist drivers and maintain a clean, safe packing area.
