Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a forklift and maintain certification.
• Able to read measurements and use metric units.
• Basic computer skills; able to learn ERP receiving screens.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments for damage before receipt.
• Match deliveries to packing slips and POs in ERP.
• Enter receipts with correct PO, quantity, location.
• Maintain lot/serial information for serialized items.
• Route documents to Accounting and Quality as required.
• Support cycle counts and inventory investigations.
• Move material between docks and buildings as needed.
