Job summary

Fedtech Inc. is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse operations in Minnesota. You will receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of raw materials, components, and supplies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support production.

You will compare packing slips and purchase orders, document discrepancies, and enter receiving data into ERP systems. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, forklift operation, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of receiving, warehouse or inventory control experience.
• Familiarity with ERP/warehouse systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage.
• Compare packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices for correct quantities.
• Document and report discrepancies, shortages, or damages to relevant teams.
• Enter receiving information into ERP or inventory systems accurately and promptly.
• Label and stage received materials in designated warehouses or production areas.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and policies.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory control, and production to ensure material flow.
