Job summary

Wanner Engineering in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Receiving Coordinator to support warehouse and production by recording receipts in the ERP, matching to POs, and ensuring traceability.

You will inspect shipments, verify PO details, handle lot/serial data, move goods between docks and warehouse locations, and help with cycle counts. The role requires forklift certification, basic computer skills, and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a forklift and maintain required certification.
• Ability to read measurements and work with metric units, volume, kilograms, and unit conversions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn and navigate ERP receiving screens and related system functions.
• Ability to read Wanner part numbers and interpret 12-character alphanumeric configuration strings.
• Ability to follow written procedures, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate transaction and receiving records.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report issues.
• Match deliveries to packing slips and purchase orders in the ERP.
• Verify vendor, PO, item details, and quantities for accuracy.
• Enter receipts in the ERP with correct locations and quantities.
• Route documents to Accounting and QA as required.
