Job summary

Quantum Design, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in Illinois to manage daily shipping/receiving tasks using checklists. You will work closely with the Purchasing Agent to support order accuracy, timely delivery, and optimal pricing, while pursuing continuous improvement.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse/shipping, strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, and solid communication. Training on the IMS system and adherence to procedures are essential to keep operations running

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in an inventory/warehouse/shipping/receiving role.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• Excellent communications skills, detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Schedules warehouse activities and handles vendor communications.
• Assists with delivery, scanner and inventory issues.
• Coordinates processing of customer orders.
• Coordinates daily workflows to meet targets and handles inquiries.
• Ensures IMS procedures are followed.
• Trains staff on the IMS system and ensures compliance.
