Job summary

EnviroLogix is seeking a driven Shipping and Receiving Lead to manage the warehouse and drive SQDC metrics. You will oversee receiving, packing, shipping, and coordination with customer service, while leading the team and ensuring safety and quality.

This role offers autonomy, opportunities for process improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet on-time delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations (2–5 years).
• Proficient in shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create daily schedules and allocate labor.
• Manage warehouse readiness at shift start.
• Lead daily team huddles reviewing performance.
• Maintain Visual Boards and report to Ops.
• Handle shipping schedules and meet OTD goals.
• Coordinate with customer service to meet delivery timing.
• Train and cross-train team members.
• Maintain documentation and change requests.
• Ensure safety policies followed.
