Job summary

EnviroLogix is seeking a driven Shipping and Receiving Lead to manage the warehouse in alignment with SQDC metrics. The role includes handling receiving, shipping, final packaging, and coordinating with customer service, with 50% direct production labor allocation and the rest on indirect duties.

The position requires 2–5 years in manufacturing ops, a HS diploma (Assoc/Bach preferred), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. EO E policies apply.

Qualifications

2–5 years experience within manufacturing operations.
High school diploma required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field (Manufacturing, Supply Chain) preferred.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Create daily schedules and define and allocate labor needs.
Ensure the warehouse is ready at the start of every shift.
Lead daily team production huddle including reviewing visual management of prior-day's performance and plan for current day.
Maintain Visual Boards and present to Ops leadership, daily.
Issuing Material and Labor to Jobs in ERP System.
Verify process start-up and quality checks are conducted.
Execute daily shipping schedule and verify OTD goals are achieved.
Coordinate with customer service to ensure order delivery timing can be met.
Train team members and coordinate cross-training, providing thorough documentation/checklists to operators.
