Weatherford College is seeking a Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Control Assistant to verify and record fixed asset inventory and manage incoming deliveries. The role supports main campus shipments and off-site facilities, with a 12-month term and non-exempt status.

Requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years related experience. Duties include loading/unloading, preparing shipments, inventory tagging, and daily record-keeping at Weatherford Campus.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years related experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist in verifying and recording incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments.
• Provide documentation by receiving logs and purchase orders to Accounts Payable.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and move shipments as needed.
• Move items between campus locations and off-site facilities.
• Assist in inventory tagging of fixed assets and housekeeping of shipping materials.
