Job summary

Weatherford is seeking an experienced Asset and Inventory Manager to lead inventory control, asset utilization, and KPI reporting across regional sites. You will collaborate with Senior Leadership to define strategies, analyze variances, and drive improvements in asset and inventory processes within an asset-intensive industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or related field.
• Min 5 years of inventory and asset management experience.
• Min 2 years of leadership experience.
• Oil & gas or asset-intensive industry experience preferred.
• ASCM certification (APICS CPIM/CSCP) or CPSM advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to lead regional asset and inventory strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to define asset and inventory strategies.
• Identify issues preventing strategy execution and improve results.
• Drive changes with regional leadership and development of action plans.
• Ensure acquisition, utilization, and replenishment of assets and inventory.
• Ensure documented asset transfer policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor RCA and implement accuracy improvement plans.
• Provide training and coaching on asset and inventory management.
• Report inventory and asset KPIs to regional sites.
