Job summary

H.Essers in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. You will check in drivers, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and maintain accurate logs to ensure customer service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in logistics customer service, is detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in logistics/3PL is a plus.
• Flexible schedule; able to come in early, stay late, and/or work weekends depending on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Check in drivers
• Monitor daily emails
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain daily log and schedule
• Follow up with carriers on late or missed pickups
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
• Document and report scheduling issues by account
• Monitor ISO conformances pertaining to receiving/shipping activities
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong data entry skills; accuracy in clerical tasks
