Job summary

H.Essers in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. You will check in drivers, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and maintain accurate logs to ensure customer service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in logistics customer service, is detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in logistics/3PL is a plus.
• Flexible schedule; able to come in early, stay late, and/or work weekends depending on operational needs.

YOUR CHALLENGES

Shipping & Receiving Clerks are responsible for checking in drivers, scheduling and rescheduling inbound and outbound shipments ensuring that flow of goods supports customer service expectations and warehouse capacity, maintain real-time visibility on shipping and receiving accuracy with a proactive approach to correcting errors, and coordinate rail freight activities when required.

• Check in drivers
• Monitor daily emails

• Keeping up with daily log/and daily schedule

• Schedule inbound loads and outbound loads.
