Job summary

Rehmann is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations through administrative coordination, order processing, and driver/customer communication. You will document shipments, update Entree or similar systems, and help ensure accurate records.

Work hours are roughly 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with occasional overtime; this on-site role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork to keep orders moving and logs up to date.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or administrative support preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments and verify products; enter data into company systems (e.g., Entree).
• Prepare outbound shipments; maintain shipping logs and documentation.
• Create and complete bills of lading (BOLs) for outbound shipments.
• Check in drivers and coordinate dock or receiving activities.
• Manage shipping and receiving schedules; track deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and logistics activities.
• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving logs and customer records.
• Perform invoicing and billing within company systems.
• Answer phone calls and assist with front-desk duties.
