Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check bills of lading for accuracy.
• Process inbound/outbound orders as trucks arrive/depart warehouse.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving operations with Warehouse Lead.
• Generate paperwork for customer work orders, track status and expedite orders.
• Fill in shipping/receiving tally documents.
• Organize mail slots with proper paperwork.
• Schedule shipping and receiving appointments.
• Communicate between customer and warehouse operations regarding inventory.
• Update the DMS in a timely manner.
• Follow safety procedures for storage and receipt of goods.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
