Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate for 1st shift (6:00AM - 2:30PM) to support the movement and handling of materials and finished products. You will perform manual and clerical duties for customer samples and printed products shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carriers.

Responsibilities include ensuring conformance to customer specs and service level agreements, checking goods, packing, preparing bills of lading, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Administrative/operational support in shipping/manufacturing operations.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.
• General knowledge of information systems, including spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials and finished products.
• Check goods against shipping documents, pack according to specs, and prepare bills of lading.
• Unloading trucks, verifying against bills of lading, and maintaining records of goods received.
• Operate material handling equipment and assist with coordinating shipping/receiving activities.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and production; maintain clean, organized work area.
