Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a 2nd shift Shipping/Receiving Associate to assist with daily shipping department activities. You will handle materials movement, receiving, loading, unloading, and shipping of printed products via FedEx/UPS/USPS with emphasis on accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.

The role requires HS diploma or GED, at least 2 years of related experience, and the ability to operate forklifts and other equipment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Administrative/operational support in shipping/manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of information systems for tracking, storage, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipment and receipt of materials and finished products.
• Prepare bills of lading and verify against shipping documents.
• Operate material handling equipment and stage materials for loading.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
