Job summary

RR Donnelley in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate for 1st shift (6:00AM-2:30PM). You will perform manual and clerical duties related to shipment, receiving, packing, and loading, using forklifts and material-handling equipment.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative/operational support in shipping/manufacturing operations.
Ability to use information systems for materials tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials and finished products.
Checks against bills of lading and packing slips; prepares bills of lading and attaches shipping instructions.
Operates forklifts and material handling equipment to stage materials and load trucks.
Maintains records and documentation; ensures compliance with safety and quality policies.
Communicates with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate shipping/receiving activities.
