Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Driver's license and good driving record may be required.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Verify received goods against shipping records and inspect items for condition.
• Pack items for shipment according to specifications.
• Record received and shipped materials using established procedures.
• Route materials to inspection or stock areas.

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to perform manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of related experience and familiarity with standard shipping and receiving procedures. Forklift certification is preferred.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products.
• Verify received goods against shipping records and inspect items for condition.
• Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation requirements.
• Record received and shipped materials accurately using established procedures.
• Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or designated stock areas.
• Complete required written and computerized documentation.
• Operate powered material-handling equipment, including forklifts and hydraulic jack lifts, as required.
• Follow established shipping, receiving, safety, and material-handling procedures.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
