Job summary

AKG North America is seeking an organized Shipping Administrator to track, coordinate, and record all shipments to ensure customers receive their products on time. This role manages standard, expedited, and direct deliveries.

You'll create shipping documents, process truck requests, label packages, handle returns, and follow supplier instructions. Strong written and verbal communication, basic computer skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create shipping documents like pick lists, BOLs, and ASNs.
• Process truck requests for upcoming shipments.
• Document and label UPS/FedEx packages.
• Handle warranty/RGA returns and schedule customer trucks.
• Schedule shipments using LTL carriers and systems.
• Ship product to other AKG locations and send invoices.
• Follow special shipping instructions from emails or suppliers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Report issues to supervisor or appropriate contact.
• Follow AKG environmental policies.
• Regular attendance required.
