Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be DOT hazmat certified or able to obtain within 90 days.
• IATA hazmat certification required or obtainable within 90 days.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise transportation and floor shipping processes.
• Track and report issues by client and line.
• Lead discussions with shippers to ensure compliant shipping processes.
• Train staff in packing and shipping functions.
