Job summary

Responsibilities

Supervise the team in daily release schedules for each client.
Create effective packing schedules based on routine shipments and monitor with Packing Coordinator.
Coordinate with Air and Ocean freight supervisors to monitor shipments and timelines for cut-offs.
Ensure KPI-compliant material receipts and packing/delivery reporting.
Organize weekly team meetings to discuss issues and feedback.
Work closely with warehouse staff to resolve customer/vendor issues and improve throughput.
