Peoria Production Shop Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk to manage shipping data, prepare documents, and label UPS shipments. The candidate will maintain system records, verify data accuracy, and support dispatch with timely outbound shipments.

Responsibilities include handling packing lists, using EWM/SAP docks, and supporting month-end invoicing as needed. Strong data-entry and MS Office skills are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year shipping/receiving ops or data entry experience.
• Familiarization with shipping documentation preferred.
• Familiarization with Electronic UPS System preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prints sales orders, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Verifies shipment information accuracy.
• Prints labels for UPS shipments and prepares shipments.
• Maintains EWM or SAP dock screen for trailers.
• Answers calls and provides information to callers.
• Assigns invoice numbers to shipping documents.
