Job summary

Prisma Graphic LLC is seeking a Shipping Specialist to handle internal shipments, process day-to-day shipping requests, and maintain accurate paperwork for completed jobs. You will manage production orders, receive inventory, and prioritize shipping to meet tight deadlines.

Candidate should have at least 2 years of shipping experience; print industry experience is a plus. Forklift/pallet jack skills are beneficial for fast, safe handling of materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of shipping experience.
• Shipping software experience (i.e. FedEx, UPS).
• Experience in the print industry preferred.
• Forklift and/or pallet jack experience a plus.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Identify and process internal shipments going into inventory.
• Handle internal day of shipping requests.
• Complete and file all paperwork for jobs completed.
• Process and ship production orders.
• Receive and put away inventory.
• Determine shipping priorities and meet schedules and deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
