Icon Vehicle Dynamics LLC is seeking a Shipping Clerk to provide critical clerical and administrative support for the shipping and logistics function. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of clerical, administrative, or shipping office experience preferred.
• Experience using FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip required or strongly preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or WMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process shipping documents including packing slips, BOLs and labels.
• Create, process, and manage shipments using FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip.
• Enter and maintain shipment data in ERP, WMS, and carrier systems.
• Verify order details, part numbers, quantities, weights, and ship-to addresses.
• Generate tracking numbers and distribute updates to internal teams.
• Maintain organized shipping records for tracking, audits, and compliance.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and pickup requests with carriers.
• Communicate shipment status and issues to warehouse, sales, and customer service.
• File and archive shipping paperwork per retention policies and procedures.
• Assist with basic shipping tasks such as label printing and shipment staging.
• Support continuous improvement of shipping documentation and clerical workflows.
