Job summary

Process Technology is seeking a Shipping/Receiving professional to ensure accurate inbound and outbound logistics. You will verify incoming materials, stage shipments, and maintain organized inventory to support production flow and customer satisfaction.

On-site collaboration with production and engineering teams is required. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Incoming materials, parts, or products are received, verified, and recorded in inventory systems.
• Detect discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods and enable timely resolution.
• Prepare and stage outgoing shipments with accuracy, timeliness, and packaging integrity.
• Maintain organized and clearly labeled inventory zones to improve pick efficiency.
• Contribute to cycle counting, reconciliation, and data integrity in ERP/WMS systems.
• Uphold safety procedures and OSHA compliance, handling hazardous materials when applicable.
• Support on-time delivery, cost control, and lean warehouse operations.
