Job summary

Pittston Co-Packers is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support accurate data entry, inventory control, and shipping/receiving documentation. You will work with ERP, WMS, and SAP to ensure timely, precise material movements and records.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and a commitment to food safety, GMPs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of warehouse/transportation experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or SAP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain inventory records and assist in cycle counts.
• Enter material movements in the inventory system.
• Coordinate with forklift operators to stage, store, and ship materials.
• Verify inbound deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
• Maintain records of product codes, lot numbers, and storage locations.
• Support organization of warehouse supplies and documentation files.
• Communicate with vendors, brokers, or customers via email and other channels.
• Follow GMPs, PPE, and safety/food safety procedures.
• Handle inbound process for bulk tankers and bulk unloading.
