NEFCO is seeking a warehouse associate in Ohio to handle picking, packing, and dispatch of construction supply materials. You will ensure accurate orders, coordinate with inventory, and process shipments for customer delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency with NEFCO’s ERP system and basic MS Office skills are a plus. This is a full-time on-site position in New Albany, Ohio.

Formación

• Candidates must have 2+ years in industrial warehousing/distribution operations.
• Effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to use NEFCO’s ERP software system; operate warehouse layouts for planning.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, pack, and load orders according to guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality prior to dispatch.
• Coordinate with inbound/inventory to minimize discrepancies.
• Process parcel shipments for customer delivery.
• Maintain safe work environment and adhere to policies.
• Foster teamwork and coach staff as needed.
• Work with distribution center to keep areas clean and organized.
• Stand on concrete floors for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
