Job summary

NEFCO Corp. is seeking a warehouse associate to handle receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatching orders for construction supply materials. The role includes using the NEFCO ERP system, RF scanning, and forklift operation.

Responsibilities include stage/pick orders, verify against POs, and ensure safety and cleanliness of the warehouse. Regular 40-hour weeks with potential overtime and lifting up to 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use NEFCO's ERP software system.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Willingness to operate warehouse equipment and be recertified.
• Ability to work in varying climate conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pulling and staging orders.
• Maintain bin locations and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support receiving and shipping activities per NEFCO processes.
• Operate forklifts and complete safety reports as required.
• Communicate with management and branch personnel.
• Work Monday to Friday, typically 40 hours with possible overtime.
