Job summary

Nomad Digital in Hayward, CA is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory levels and support operations across North America. You will track assets, coordinate RMAs, and ensure materials are available when needed, including domestic and international shipments.

You will also oversee kitting, software configuration, and asset control, using NetSuite and Excel for reporting. This role supports field operations and requires strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Working experience with a variety of internal logistics and procurement systems & tools.
• Working experience with supply chain.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Working experience with an electronic ticketing and ERP systems (preferred).
• Experience with data cabling and basic software configuration (preferred).
• Able to crimp, terminate, and repair cable heads and cabling (preferred).
• Network equipment installation and maintenance experience (preferred).
• Basic experience with LINUX systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inventory and assets; manage quantities, replenishments, and shortages.
• Provide inventory and asset management reports via Excel.
• Coordinate all products needing RMA with manufacturers.
• Create domestic and international shipping labels and follow up with parties.
• Track shipments and resolve issues with carriers and cross-border shipping.
• Perform kitting and equipment software configuration/staging for projects.
• Ensure staging quality meets Nomad’s standards.
• Use NetSuite to procure equipment, tools, and spares.
