Job summary

API International seeks a Shipping Coordinator to support the Warehouse Supervisor by coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will work closely with carriers and internal teams to optimize processes and maintain accurate records in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has shipping or logistics experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This on-site role offers room for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and track delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Print and process shipping documents (BOLs, MTRs) for all orders.
• Maintain accurate records and perform daily outbound reporting.
• Collaborate with carriers and warehouse staff to optimize shipping processes.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain organized shipping area.
• Support RMAs and inventory adjustments as needed.
