Expeditors International is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for warehousing and distribution, Monday–Friday, 1pm–10pm. This full-time role supports daily order processing, inventory control, reporting, and billing coordination within a global logistics network.

The position emphasizes accuracy, clear communication with customers and vendors, and collaboration with warehouse teams to ensure timely receiving and shipping.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process daily customer orders and distribution accounts.
• Provide timely operational reports and posting inventory records.
• Enter data for receiving, allocation, shipping and inventory management.
• Assist with billing and invoicing between clients and vendors.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely receiving and shipment.
