Responsibilities

• Running the day-to-day office tasks (making appointments, answering phones, etc.)
• Creating BOLs
• Assigning trucks to appropriate dock doors
• Instructing Hi-Lo Ops on their next priorities
• Checking truck driver IDs
• Sealing trailers
• Creating switcher/shuttle moves
• Bulk receiving (if at M2 or Mazda)
• Completing yard/refer checks
• Verifying completion and accuracy of completed paperwork
• Customer Service
• Control the flow of inbound/outbound trucks
• Any other clerical work that needs to be done
