The role involves managing daily office tasks, creating BOLs, and coordinating truck dock assignments, while ensuring accurate paperwork and efficient flow of inbound and outbound shipments.

This position emphasizes customer service, compliance, and collaboration with Hi-Lo Ops and drivers.

Qualifications

• Running the day-to-day office task (making appointments, answering phones, etc.)
• Creating BOLs
• Assigning trucks to appropriate dock doors
• Instructing Hi-Lo Ops on their next priorities
• Checking truck drivers IDs
• Sealing trailers
• Creating switcher/shuttle moves
• Bulk Receiving- if at M2 or Mazda
• Completing yard/refer checks
• Verifying completion and accuracy of completed paperwork
• Customer Service
• Control the Flow of inbound/outbound trucks
• Any other clerical work that needs to be done
