Responsibilities
Running the day-to-day office tasks including making appointments, answering phones.
Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and assigning trucks to appropriate dock doors.
Instructing Hi-Lo operations on their next priorities.
Checking truck drivers' IDs and sealing trailers.
Completing yard/refer checks and verifying completion of paperwork.
Seal trailers.
Create switcher/shuttle moves.
Perform yard/refer checks.
Verify accuracy of paperwork.
Provide excellent customer service.
Control the flow of inbound/outbound trucks.
Perform other clerical work as needed.
