Qualifications

• Strong clerical skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day office tasks including appointments and phones.
• Create BOLs and assign trucks to dock doors.
• Instruct Hi-Lo Ops on priorities and verify driver IDs.
• Seal trailers and coordinate switcher/shuttle moves.
• Perform bulk receiving and yard/refer checks; ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Provide ongoing customer service and manage inbound/outbound flow.
