Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Shipping Coordinator in Rogers, AR. The role focuses on receiving shipments, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining an organized warehouse. You will oversee shipments, manage documentation, and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure on-time pickups.

The position requires 3 years shipping/receiving experience, WMS familiarity, and a high school diploma or GED. Forklift operation skills and a strong work ethic are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years shipping and receiving experience.
• Experience with shipping, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shipment of domestic and international orders.
• Ensure accuracy in documentation, packaging, and logistics coordination.
• Maintain detailed records of all shipments, including export docs and customs paperwork.
• Schedule large shipments and liaise with freight forwarders for timely pickup.
• Respond to logistics inquiries and provide shipment information to customers and internal teams.
• Address shipping errors, lost or damaged shipments, and clearance delays.
• Obtain shipping quotes and communicate with freight forwarders.
• End-of-Year inventory reconciliation and weekly cycle counts.
• Maintain stockroom records and proper cataloging of items.
• Exhibit attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
