Job summary

Staffmark Group in Plano, TX is hiring a Shipping Coordinator to ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations. You will process customer orders, create packing lists, shipping labels, and bills of lading, and enter information into ERP and carrier systems.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in shipping/logistics, know UPS/FedEx platforms, and can lift up to 50 lbs. This schedule runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Additional training in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and accurately remove inventory through the ERP system.
• Create packing lists, shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required shipping documentation.
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts, products, and materials for shipment using appropriate packaging methods to prevent damage during transit.
• Enter shipping and tracking information into ERP and carrier systems.
• Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries with UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and transportation providers.
• Maintain organized staging, packing, and loading areas to support efficient shipping operations.
• Assist with inventory counts, order picking, packing, and material handling activities as needed.
• Identify and communicate inventory, material, or shipping issues to leadership.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety policies to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promptly report any safety concerns or incidents.
